Dr. Elaine Carelus, a New York native, earned her MD from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. After completing her general surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center, she joined Peachtree Surgical & Bariatrics as a Bariatric Surgery Fellow.

Dr. Titus Duncan, CEO of Peachtree Surgical & Bariatrics, is a board-certified surgeon specializing in minimally invasive and weight loss surgery. A pioneer in his field, he also serves as a professor and director at Morehouse School of Medicine.
