Your first step after attending either a live or online seminar is schedule an Initial Consultation appointment. Every patient is an individual with unique needs; therefore, this appointment is an important time for us to get to know you.
We will speak with you about your struggles with your weight. We will learn about you, your goals and desires. Together, we will determine the most ideal treatment options for you.
You will also meet our staff and be assigned your Patient Advocate. Our team will become your team as you continue your next steps towards a healthier you.
Prior to your Initial Consultation appointment, we will verify your insurance benefits to see what your benefits are for bariatric care. And, you will be given a login to our Patient Portal where you can fill out the Medical Information which we will need for your Initial Consultation.
